Analog Pixel develops site for Marty Neumeir’s new book ZAG

Today, Analog Pixel announced the launch of ZAG (www.zagbook.com) a website promoting Marty Neumeier's new book ZAG. The new book will be published by Peachpit Press in September 2006, and can be pre-ordered from Amazon.

The Flash-based site features the first chapter of the book, sample take-home lessons, the ability for users to sign up for Marty’s mailing list, and additional content not included in the book. The site uses an simple page-turning effect to create an interactive virtual book that is engaging for the user. The ZAG site was developed in collaboration with Robert Bynder Design.

Marty Neumeier is president of Neutron LLC (www.neutronllc.com), a San Francisco based firm that helps companies collaborate to build world-class brands. Marty started his own communications firm in 1973, by the mid-1990s his firm had developed hundreds of identities, retail packaging systems, and other communications for companies such as Apple Computer, Adobe Systems, Netscape Communications, and Hewlett-Packard. In 1996 he launched CRITIQUE, the magazine of design thinking. He currently serves as a director of AIGA, the professional association for design, and as a director of AIGA Center for Brand Experience.
